Exhibitor Opportunities
On February 24-27, 2027, the Alabama Conference of Social Work will bring together social workers, related professionals, and students to expand their knowledge through attending our conference and gaining continuing education hours for licensure. Our conference theme is THE TIDES OF CHANGE: HONORING OUR LEGACY, SHAPING OUR FUTURE. We offer a unique opportunity to network with colleagues, meet presenters from around the nation, and gain new knowledge and skills. We would love for you to support our 501-c nonprofit organization!
Exhibitor Information
As an exhibitor, you have a chance to make connections with attendees and others who are seeking information about products and services that can help them do their jobs more effectively. ACSW will be using the WHOVA app so that all our exhibitors and sponsors will be able to market their organization and chat with conference attendees virtually. For 2027, we will offer the WHOVA Passport Game for the attendees, and they will need the exhibitor’s participation, to complete their passport for prizes. At the end of the game, the exhibitors will have the attendees contact information on the app to use in the future. We encourage all exhibitors to play as this is a great way to get leads and return on your investment for being at the conference. The game will begin on Wednesday and end Thursday after the last break. The exhibit room will have WifI for all exhibitors and attendees to access.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FORM FOR 2027
There are several ways to register as an exhibitor: complete the registration form above or email it to exhibits@acsw.org or send it by mail to-ACSW, PO Box 205, Gulf Shores, AL 36547. All exhibitor applications/ads must be received and finalized by January 29, 2027. If space is still available, applications may be accepted after this deadline, but some benefits may be unavailable. There are few ways to pay as an exhibitor: click on the link below, mail a check with your registration, or by purchase order. If a purchase order is needed to provide payment, please note that at the bottom of the registration form. Space is limited so complete your application and reserve your place soon.
