EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FORM FOR 2027
In February 2027, the ACSW will bring around 500 hundred social workers, related professionals, and students together from around the state. Our conference theme is THE TIDES OF CHANGE: HONORING OUR LEGACY, SHAPING OUR FUTURE. We offer a unique opportunity to network with colleagues, meet presenters from around the nation, and gain new knowledge and skills.
As an exhibitor or sponsor, you have a chance to make connections with attendees and others who are seeking information about products and services that can help them do their jobs more effectively. ACSW will be using the WHOVA app so that all our exhibitors and sponsors will be able to market their organization and chat with conference attendees virtually. For 2027, we will offer the WHOVA Passport Game for the attendees, and they will need the exhibitor’s participation, to complete their passport for prizes. At the end of the game, the exhibitors will have the attendees contact information on the app to use in the future. We encourage all exhibitors to play as this is a great way to get leads and return on your investment for being at the conference. The game will begin on Wednesday and end Thursday after the last break.
We are pleased to provide conference participants with networking knowledge and resource information concerning each organization and agency that exhibits. Participants were positive about the array of the exhibits and the opportunity to add to their list of helpful and useful resources.
Opportunities for Exhibitors and Sponsors
The levels of exhibiting and sponsorship are listed below. All exhibitor applications and ads must be received and finalized by January 29, 2027. If space is still available, applications may be accepted after this deadline, but some benefits may be unavailable. Space is limited so complete your application and reserve your place soon. You may pay by check or with credit card. If you will need a purchase order to provide payment, please note that at the bottom of the registration form.
