Opportunities for Exhibitors & Sponsors
The levels of exhibiting and sponsorship are listed below. All exhibitor applications and ads must be received and finalized by February 1, 2024. If space is still available, applications may be accepted after this deadline, but some benefits may be unavailable. Space is limited so complete your application and reserve your place soon. Payment will be due in February, and you may pay by credit card, check or purchase order.
The levels are:
Platinum Sponsor: $2000.00
The platinum level includes:
· The Booth locations are reserved and in the front of the exhibit hall.
· Full Color page ad in the Conference program
· 3 conference registrations
· 5 lunch participants (this includes your conference attendees)
· Speaker opportunity at the Wednesday evening student reception (5 minutes to discuss your agency)
· Preferred status for conducting a workshop. Must turn in RFP within the timeframe listed.
· Free internet and power if requested.
· WHOVA App
· Recognition of signage large print
Gold Sponsor: $1000.00
· Premium reserved booth location near the front or side of the exhibit hall
· Half page color ad in the Conference program
· 2 Conference Registrations
· 3 lunch participants (this includes your conference attendees)
· Speaking opportunity at the Wednesday night Student reception (3 minutes to discuss your agency)
· Recognition on signage medium print

Silver Sponsor: $500.00
